COVID-19 Update: Temporary Office Closure
The Home office continues to be temporarily closed. Staff are still working from home in order to minimize their risk of coming in contact with COVID -19. There have been COVID positive individuals in our office tower. The closest being located beside our office. Safety continues to be a major concern and we are minimizing any time spent in the office. Our office is located in a higher risk area as many of the offices are connected to organizations, associations, and community partners that are directly involved with the airport business. If you need assistance please contact us by email. We thank you for your understanding and continued patience. Please note that at this time we are working with only 3 part-time staff. We will make our best efforts to answer your questions or concerns via email.
Please, be aware that this will affect our ability to package and send out orders and membership packages. Our goal is to mail out membership packages BI-WEEKLY.
However, the Home Office staff will be available via email on our regular workdays: Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
We are suspending our recruitment for an “Affiliate Support and Volunteer Coordinator” and temporary “Virtual Support Coordinator” (60-90 day temporary contract). Please, take advantage of our virtual support groups. You can connect with others in the safety of your own personal space.
We appreciate your understanding at this time, and we hope that you and your loved ones stay safe.
Regards,
Tourette Canada Home Office
