Become a Volunteer

At Tourette Canada, our volunteers are our most important resource. Volunteers deliver vital programs and services helping Tourette Canada to achieve its mission of creating awareness and understanding through education, advocacy and support. If you have time to give, whether it’s for a few hours a week or at a one-time event, you can make a difference in the lives of Canadians affected by Tourette Syndrome and associated conditions.

We’ll provide you with training and assist you in choosing the volunteer activity that best suits your schedule and skills. Whether you’re a high school student, a parent, retired or another kind of supporter, there’s an opportunity for you to volunteer with Tourette Canada.

As a small, but committed national organization with Chapters and Affiliates across the country, Tourette Canada depends on the hard work and generosity of its hundreds of volunteers. Our volunteer supporters donate hundreds of hours to board of directors, event planning, fundraising, the In-Service program, and countless other responsibilities. We thank you all for your efforts in promoting and supporting Tourette Canada. During National Volunteer Week, we’d like to recognize the following people for their tremendous contributions to the organization.

If you have time to give, and would like to volunteer, we would love to hear from you. Please check out this page for more details.
